The App provides features that support goal and task management, notifications, and analysis of activity records. The App does not guarantee results or achievement of goals.

3. Account Management

Users who use account features are responsible for properly managing their authentication information. Contact us promptly if you become aware of unauthorized account use.

4. Premium Plans

The App may offer automatically renewing monthly or annual premium plans. Prices, subscription periods, and included features are shown on the purchase screen.

Payment is charged to the user's Apple Account. To stop automatic renewal, cancel through the App Store subscription management screen before the next renewal date. Premium features remain available until the current subscription period ends.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Conduct that violates laws or public order
• Interference with the operation of the App or related systems
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access, analyze, or modify the App
• Infringement of the rights or interests of third parties

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from use of the App.

7. Changes or Discontinuation

We may change or discontinue the App as necessary. When practical, significant changes will be announced in advance.
